Premier Group Announces Purity Testing; Develops World’s First 100% Pure Plastic Polymers

Fairfield, NJ – The majority of plastics packaging products require additives to obtain the necessary processing characteristics of physical properties. These additives, technically known as stearates, are blended compounds derived from animal fats processes by the under-regulated rendering industry. Animal stearates are used with foods, beverages, medicines, and other human consumption packaging in today’s fast-paced society. When used to package foods, measurable quantities of these additives transfer or leach from the package to the food. It is for this reason the US Food and Drug Administration does not regulate these additives in the same manner as edible food ingredients.

The plastics industry has been in the news a lot recently. There’s a good reason why. People are finding out how unsafe most plastics are to their health. From food preparation, packaging, and storage to baby bottles and hundreds of plastic products that we are learning are potentially unsafe for us.

Most plastics leach animal byproducts into the foods they are wrapped or stored in. While it may only be up to 2%, over a long period of time, this can cause serious harm. These stearates come from rendering plants that use diseased animals and roadkill to produce their end products. Even products that say are kosher, halal, vegan approved, and BPA-free are not chemical-free.

Until now, there was nothing we could do about it. Premier Group International has developed the world’s first 100% pure plastic polymers and a line of chemical-free pure food containers. We did this by investing 3 years of analytical scientific research that produced a protocol for purity…at a level of one part per tens of billions. There is no other protocol for truly pure plastic in the world. In addition, we have developed a way for plastic companies to convert their current formulations to meet our standard in a cost-effective manner.

Purity in Plastics Company Launches Kosher Internet Site Announcing the Solution to Animal-Free Plastics

New website explains how contaminants from additives to plastic products leach into food and pharmaceutical products.

Fairfield, NJ— Premier Classic Products (a division of Premier Group), Inc. has established a new website focused primarily on the Jewish Community. The online address of the site is www.kosherplastic.com. The company is a manufacturer and distributor of plastic food service products certified 100% animal byproduct-free. All of its products adhere to the dietary standards of the Kosher community.

The ERC Group, LLC, also a division of Premier Group, has established the global standard to identify “Ethically and Religiously Compliant” plastic food service products, such as packaging, utensils, and containers. This symbol will be the letters ERC and will become a leading brand in the global Purity in Plastics movement. Currently, there are standards to certify food and food ingredients, but none for the plastics used in packaging those foods. The ERC certification program will inevitably cause there to be a great deal of pressure on companies to use the ERC proof-positive, socially-responsible mark.

Visitors to the sight will also be able to purchase sets of food containers that are 100% animal byproduct-free called the Kallah, Mishpachah, and Simca sets.

Both Premier Classic Products and The ERC Group are divisions of Premier Group International, Inc.

Premier Group International (PGI) was established after conducting marketing research indicating that many of the most highly respected religious authorities (Hebrew, Islamic), as well as various other segments of consumers that purchase with dietary consciousness (Vegans, Hindus, wellness advocates), represent a large population that will readily welcome food service and food packaging products with the ERC mark on them to provide proof that no animal stearates or other undesirable ingredients are in their composition. The ERC licensing program will inevitably cause there to be a great deal of pressure placed on companies to align themselves with a Purity in Plastics global movement.
