Meet The Speakers

Sreejit Menon, PhD
Dr. Sreejit Menon is the Research and Technology Manager for Croda’s Health Care team in North America He joined Croda in 2017 as Technology Specialist, moved to the Team Leader role in 2018, and recently moved to his current role. In his current role, he leads the new product development and applications team to drive design and development of innovative and differentiated high purity excipients that provides smart solutions to customers in the pharmaceutical market. Prior to joining Croda, he has worked in various technical roles with BASF, Mitsui Chemicals, and PeroxyChem. He earned his MS in Organic Chemistry from UDCT in Mumbai, India, and his PhD in Chemistry from University of Toledo, Ohio. Email: sreejit.menon@croda.com

Hannah Kronenwetter
Hannah Kronenwetter joined Croda in 2014 as a graduate trainee. After spending several years in the personal care business, she now works as a technical marketing coordinator for the Health Care business. In her current role, she works to bring products from development through to launch, focusing on building and refining the product profile to reflect customer needs in terms of purity and quality. She earned her BS in Chemistry at Susquehanna University and is currently pursuing her MBA at Rutgers Business School. Joseph Matt
Joseph Matt is the Sales Manager for Croda Health Care. His primary focus is driving customer interaction and creating collaborative partnerships. His background includes more than 10 years of experience at Croda in R&D, M&A, and Sales in both Health Care and Personal Care.
