MadeAi has launched a new artificial intelligence platform designed to help pharmaceutical and life sciences companies develop and maintain formulary and value dossiers, bringing evidence management, document authoring and review workflows into a single environment. Called MadeAi Dossier Expert, the platform is intended to address the time and coordination required to prepare AMCP dossiers, global value dossiers and health technology assessment (HTA) submissions. These documents typically involve input from multiple departments, including health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), clinical, market access and medical writing teams. Fragmented source materials, manual citation checks and repeated revisions can add significant time to the process.
Rather than focusing solely on generating initial drafts, Dossier Expert is designed to support the full dossier lifecycle. Its AI-assisted tools connect document content to underlying evidence, allowing teams to track sources, identify information that requires revision and maintain consistency as new data become available.
Among the platform’s features is AI-generated dossier content based on customizable templates. Users can also verify citations by tracing individual claims to their source documents, with the relevant supporting passages highlighted for review. When evidence changes, the system can identify affected sections and regenerate selected content while preserving edits made by human reviewers. The platform includes an integrated evidence hub for organizing source materials and linking them to dossier sections. It also incorporates MadeAi-LR, the company’s AI-enabled literature review functionality, to support literature review activities within the same environment.
Cross-functional collaboration tools allow HEOR, clinical, market access and medical writing teams to work within a shared document. Features include commenting, task assignments, approval workflows and version control. Completed dossiers can be exported in Word or PDF formats.
MadeAi estimates that Dossier Expert can reduce dossier authoring and update timelines by as much as 70%. The company attributes the potential time savings to reduced manual work associated with evidence verification, document management and recurring revisions.
According to MadeAi Founder and CEO Gaugarin Oliver, maintaining dossiers as scientific evidence evolves can be as challenging as producing the initial documents. He says the platform is intended to shift the process toward continuously updated, evidence-linked content, allowing specialists to concentrate on scientific review and decision-making rather than document administration.
The company positions Dossier Expert as a way to combine AI-assisted content development with human oversight and source-level traceability, supporting the preparation of evidence materials used in payer discussions and HTA reviews.
